Universal Oil Coolers

The radiator is a central component of a vehicle’s cooling system. Its main function is to monitor and regulate a vehicle’s engine temperature and prevent it from overheating.
The basic radiator parts consist of two tanks with a set of tubes connect with thin fins that radiate hear away from the tubes. As air passes through the fins, the heat is carried away, lowering the temperature of the fluid running through the tubes.

The Radiator Core
The core is the part of the radiator between the tanks. It is made up of tubes that carry the coolant, and fins that transfer heat from the tubes to the air passing through the core.
Cores can be upgraded to meet your specific requirements.
Where space permits you can:
- Increase the number of tubes
- Increase the number of rows of tubes (depth of core)
- Increase the number of fins per inch
HOW TO MEASURE A RADIATOR CORE
A: Measure the width of the core (Tube length) not including the tube plate or outer header tanks
B: Measure stack height (rows of tubes) of the radiator core
C: Measure the depth and identify the amount of rows of tubes

AIR CONDITIONING
the condenser is a heat exchanger. It is located at the front of the vehicle. The condenser cools down the refrigerant (heated up by the compressor) and becomes a liquid (condensates) by transferring its heat to the flow of ambient air passing through it.

Window Regulators
The window regulator is a mechanism that allow you to raise and lower your windows, whether operated manually or electrically.
Having fully operating windows in your car is crucial for safety reasons and security of your vehicle.
Manual windows are operated by means of a cranks handle, and electric windows are operated by two different systems, (one touch comfort control ) or by keeping the button pressed to higher and lower the window).

Raysons Radiators Yeovil has been an established supplier of registration plates since 1981. We are registered with the DVLA and manufacture plates with pride & care to the highest quality. All of our plates conform to the new British standards BSAU145E form September 2021.
Standard reflective car & motorcycle plates can be made while you wait. Black & silver, 4D and bespoke plates are made to order only.

Number Plate Fixings
To purchase a plate:
You will need to provide current verification of personal details, together with proof of entitlement to the registration mark. Acceptable verification of personal details would be a current driving license, bank statement or utility bill, passport, or identity card. Acceptable proof of entitlement documents are the V5 Registration Document, V750 certificate of entitlement, V778 Cherished Transfer Retention Certificate, V11 Vehicle License Renewal, or V948 Authorisation Certificate. Without this documentation, you will not be able to purchase replacement number plates.
